Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and optional display name and profile photo.

User Content: Photos you send as puzzles are uploaded to our servers and shared with the intended recipients. Puzzle images are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Usage Data: We collect puzzle solve times, puzzle send/receive counts, and general app usage analytics to improve the app experience.

Device Information: We collect device tokens for push notifications and crash reports for debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Phuzzles service
To send you push notifications about new puzzles and solved puzzles
To display relevant advertisements (via Google AdMob)
To monitor and fix crashes and bugs (via Firebase Crashlytics)
To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, file storage, push notifications, crashlytics, analytics
Google AdMob: Advertising (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)

4. Data Retention

Puzzle images: Automatically deleted after 30 days
Account data: Retained until you delete your account
Reports: Retained for moderation purposes

5. Your Rights

You can:

Delete your account and all associated data from within the app
Block other users from sending you puzzles
Report inappropriate content

6. Children's Privacy

Phuzzles is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Data Security

We use Firebase security rules, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and App Check to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
