1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Phuzzles ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Phuzzles is a messaging application where users send photos as scrambled puzzles for recipients to solve.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Phuzzles
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, or harassing content
• Send images you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to spam, abuse, or exploit the service
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

5. Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By sending a puzzle, you grant Phuzzles a limited license to store, process, and display the image to the intended recipient. Images are automatically deleted after 30 days.

6. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report inappropriate content and block other users. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebel Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
