Can't access the app? Email us and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Prefer instant deletion? If you still have access to the app, you can delete your account immediately from Profile → Delete Account — no waiting required.

Send us an email

Email us from the address associated with your Phuzzles account and include the following so we can locate it:

The email address on your account
Your Phuzzles username (if you remember it)
Subject line: Data Deletion Request

What happens next

We verify your request We confirm the email matches a registered Phuzzles account.
Data permanently deleted Your account, profile, puzzles, contacts, and images are removed from Firebase.
We reply to confirm You'll get an email once deletion is complete. The whole process takes up to 30 days.
