Zero-tolerance policy

Rebel Studios, the developer of Phuzzles, is unequivocally opposed to child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. We do not allow, facilitate, or tolerate content, behaviour, or communication that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors anywhere on our platform.

Any account found to have engaged in CSAE will be permanently banned immediately, reported to the appropriate authorities, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by US law.

What is strictly prohibited

The following are absolutely forbidden on Phuzzles under all circumstances:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including images, video, or illustrated content
• Sending, receiving, or storing sexually explicit content involving a minor
• Grooming behaviour — using the app to build trust with a minor for the purpose of exploitation
• Soliciting sexual content or contact from anyone under the age of 18
• Sharing personal information (address, school, location) of a minor without parental consent
• Any communication intended to facilitate physical access to a child for exploitative purposes

How we protect users

Phuzzles is a photo puzzle messaging app. We take the following steps to keep all users safe:

• Users can block any contact at any time, immediately preventing further communication
• Users can report any contact or received puzzle directly within the app
• All reports are reviewed and accounts engaging in prohibited behaviour are permanently banned
• Puzzle images are stored in Firebase Storage with access controlled by authenticated user rules — content is not publicly browsable
• We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts, consistent with COPPA requirements
• Account deletion permanently removes all associated content from our systems

How to report a violation

If you encounter content or behaviour on Phuzzles that you believe involves the sexual exploitation of a child, report it immediately using one of the methods below.
